CIEL
CIEL is a typographic project which serves as a satirical commentary on how many of us today believe we have the freedom of choice, but in fact, are already destined to simply be followers, as many of our actions and choices are influenced by a bigger figure in our lives. CIEL is a fictional organization designed to function as a metaphor for any large, influential figures in our lives. This influence can take many different forms, such as parents, peers, education, cultural traditions- their ideals or practices which we are already born into and predefined by.
